The Chateau Daybed captures the peaceful tranquility of a beautiful day at the beach. The graceful curves of the scroll spindles resemble waves on both the 50" high back rest and 41" high side arms. Substantial posts measure 1" with 1" cross rails to ensure stability and comfort through the years. If you've always wanted to live on the water, now you really can. You can live, sleep and dream on a bed that was inspired by sunshine, shells and the romance of the sea. Available in two exquisite finishes--Ivory Gold Leaf and Antique White. Our first creation, the Chateau is finished in Ivory Gold Leaf- a subtle matte white finish with intricate scalloped castings. These elegant scalloped shells have just a hint of sunshine gold. The four finials that cap off the Chateau Daybed are made of lovely ceramic etched in a swirling pattern of white and gold. Our second bed, the Chateau II, is finished in a perfect shade of pristine white. This gleaming, highly glossy Antique White finish calls to mind heirlooms, bright rooms and memories. Keeping with tradition, the four finials are made of polished brass- an ideal beginning for your own family treasures. This smooth finish has no texture but gleams with style.
